3 pieces of bacon, I used whiskey and honey smoked bacon. Either grill or fry in a little olive oil.
Step 2 of 4
Toast your bread and spread one slice with mayo and one with tomato relish.
Step 3 of 4
Pile the bacon on
Step 4 of 4
Put the other slice on top cut it in half grab a cup of coffee and tuck in! Delicious
