How to Cook the Weight Loss Destroyer With Micho

I was going to call this recipe death by chocolate. But just in case someone does have a chocolate induced heart attack, I don't take any responsibility for indulging in such naughtiness. Mum says Hi!

It looks like a brownie but more moist like a mud cake. Inside here there's enough sugar to give you instant diabetes and the cream to boost your BMI x 20. But hey, who's counting calories? Lol

So we're microwaving a cake? In a Mug? Hey I'm not the inventor of this crazy idea. A big thanks to my friend Teddy who kindly sent this to me on so I thought "Time to Play!!!"

So I played. With my new toy, the Nokia 808. And of course I am trying to drag this guide a little longer than 3 steps lol. But that's how easy this recipe is. Enjoy with love, Micho.

This is all you need. I only added this video coz i forgot the egg in the pic. Grab all your ingredients on stand by. I promise you this recipe with take a total of 4 minutes from mix to bake. Yup 4!!

In any order you like put all your ingredients in one mug. But here's the steps anyway. Add 2 tablespoons of flour.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. I was going to use Raw, organic, healthy stuff then I just laughed and continued with normal white sugar.

1.5 tablespoons of cocoa or drinking chocolate powder and 1.5 tablespoons of Milk. Remember powdered drinking chocolate has loads of sugar. Just trying to make you feel guilty! Lol.

2 tablespoons of Nutella and 1/2 an egg. Please follow the guide not the picture. I dropped the whole egg while taking this pic and I wasn't prepared to try get it out and put half back in.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil and using a fork, do some hand exercises and whisk it until it becomes a runny paste. The more you stir/whisk the more calories you burn. It's not going to help you! Lol.

Ready to bake! Get that fork out of your mouth!! I know you're licking the dough off the fork. Stick in the microwave for 1.5-2.5 minutes. Stand there and watch it. Yep just around 2 mins. Wait...

2 Tablespoons Sugar
½ Egg
Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Nutella (choc hazelnut spread)
Tablespoons Milk
Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Microwave safe coffee Mug
1 Hospital Emergency number
1 Can whipped cream (optional)
