I love this handy tip!! I've made this several times. I like to use unsweetened Almond Breeze vanilla milk instead of water. It is safe to boil (I do it on the stovetop in a saucepan) and I add sugar free French vanilla Torani syrup to my taste. I like it super sweet! I have also added sugar free French vanilla creamer to the oats before I pour in the liquid. Very tasty!!

About 8 hours? I've had it sit on the counter for 10 hours and it's been fine. If you're reaching the 16 hour mark, it might be a bit questionable.

That gets me excited! How long would you say "over-night" is?

For real! I ate my oatmeal this morning with maple syrup and strawberries. :) Just don't leave it sitting on the counter for *too* long otherwise it's kind of gross. Overtime works best or I've found that even a 1-2 hour sit on the counter works.
