Steaming fish dates back in the Asian countries. I feel like this is the healthiest way to cook a fish. It's simple, easy, and delicious! Easy dinner and healthy. Enjoy!

Chop 4-6 thin slices of ginger

Put a pinch of salt inside the fish

Add extra green onion and ginger and salt on top of the fish

Prepare the wok or steamer with 2-3 cups of water(depends on how big the container as well) and put a little metal holder so your dish does not sit in the water. Then Place lid on top.

I don't know whats the fish is called but in my country we have plenty of good choices ;)

@Sue Janeway, Steam fish is mostly for FRESH fish. DO NOT use frozen fish to steam because that will not taste good. My mum says any fish is fine, only the time will differ on the size. This Tilapia is 1.5lb for 10 minutes.
