1 Pounds Ground beef

6 Ounces Fresh chorizo

2 Tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves

2 ONIONS DICED

11 Ounces fresh mushroom sliced

2 Bay leaves

14 ½ Ounces diced tomatoes w/ juice

29 Ounces water (2 cans)

½ Teaspoons Marjoram

¼ Teaspoons Thyme

1 Pinch Piment d'Espelette

3 thai chile peppers or cayenne chile peppers

½ Teaspoons kosher salt

30 Ounces 2 cans garbanzo beans drained & rinsed well.
