Pour 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the Frying Pan.
Chop the red pepper as shown.
Put the Chopped Red Pepper into the Frying Pan. Note: the cooker still off.
Chop the white onion as Shown.
Add the onion to the mix.
Everything goes together :)
Pour an extra tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on top.
Aim for this size of Chicken Breast.
And again mix with everything.
Add a teaspoon of salt. Note: not an overloaded teaspoon! Keep it flat!
I usually add a full teaspoon of black pepper. Note: if you don't like too spicy make it less.
A pinch of red chilli pepper to finish off.
If you have any herbs you like at home feel free to try if off.
Add the garlic to the mix.
Finally turn on the cooker and keep mixing everything until the chicken pieces look all white.
After the chicken is "white" add about 1/3 of glass of hot water.
That's how it should be looking so far.
Now cover the frying pan and come back in 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes you should be able to see all that tasty juice coming out of the ingredients. That means is time to give everything another mix and come back in 8-10 minutes.
After 8-10 minutes remove the lid and let almost all the water evaporate leaving all the flavour on this beautiful mix.
After almost all the water is gone is time to treat yourself. Enjoy!
