I haven't purchased lamb in quite a while. I got sick of the typical plain old boring garlic, et... However, being quite a fan of Anthony, I'm going to stop at the Farmers Market to pick up several different cuts of various meat and rack of lamb will be one of them! This is a delicious looking rack of lamb that I'm going to have a go at! Today is the black bean soup.... SnapGuide really has me busy for quite a while! I see author doesn't participate... But probably does read what's being said... Thanks for taking the time to show us your version of making the lamb... Ooh,,, anyone know what the gratin d.... Is? Never seen it, never heard of it. Thanks again.

My recipe exactly except I chop the rosemary and roll the mustard coated chops in the rosemary and THEN the breadcrumbs. Great recipe and a family favorite.
