How to Cook Potato Latkes

Grate the potatoes and drain the starch completely
Step 2 of 5
Add egg and salt .
Step 3 of 5
Mix well
Step 4 of 5
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry spoonful of potato mixture in batches. Fry on both sides till golden brown
Step 5 of 5
Drain excess oil and serve
