Enjoy. I liked the taste, the crispy crunch, but I think I over fried this batch a bit, try your own variations to see which one works better. The trick is precooking and vinegar, again enjoy.

It's just how you cook it, it doesn't taste like vinegar, though it's a bit salty.

Great let me know if it worked for you, remember precooking with vinegar, betters the consistence and removes starch, that's the trick.

Big Guy Big Flavors

I usually fry them once without pre boiling, tgey get chewy and soggy in the center. I will give ur method a shot and see how that works.
