These were DELICIOUS! AND they were fast enough for busy school/work mornings. I used a multi-grain hot cereal (has rolled rye, oat, and barley). Tried various toppings: yogurt & fruit; veggie sausage & cheese; chives & plain Greek yogurt; and even Tamari. All were yummy, just depends on if you want sweet or savory.

Thanks Megan. I did lot of experiment and finally I made this super healthy pancake you may find faster than this. Ur it could be not healthy lol. I would live to know the Victorian recipe. I sound great. Do you know the name of it of the ingredients?

(author) 11 months ago

Megan L

I know a faster method but it's a Victorian recipe and I don't actually know it I just know it took a minute to do and literally 5 seconds to fully cook and that they were delicious! Great guide though and the rabbit is so cute!

The translation is a little hard to understand and I think the measurements are a little off, but I think this is a good guide with pictures that are easy to follow. It looks very yummy! Do you use one minute oats? Or full cook time oats?

I start using it ** ps: I think it's a little bit expensive than olive oil.

Sorlen 007

Look for rapeseed oil. These flowers grow every where here in UK air start using it who I saw it in a running magazine. Its healthier than olive oil even oil oil is really healthy.
