Chop the carrots inte small pieces . .

Put all the vegetables plus herbs in a bowl and start slicing the bacon really thin! Start at the same time a frying pan at medium heat.

When the pan is hot, pour a tiny bit of olive oil and sprinkle the bacon and let it get golden brown.

When bacon is golden, pour in the bowl of vegetables and herbs, and let it Cook for approx 5-10 minutes.

After everything been cooked a bit softer, take out of pan into the bowl again and add some olive oil to the warm pan.

Put in the minced meat and saute until it looks like this. you can use whatever you prefer :) I used moose meat!

Then add the canned tomatoes. .

And just a splash of vinegar, i use applecider vinegar, this takes the bolognese to another level!

Put a lid on the pan and let it Cook at a low heat for at least  30 min! The longer it cooks, the tastier it gets! Stir occasionly and fill up water if it loses too much during boilng.

Of course :) it is a real lean meat that works perfect with the bacon in this dish ^^ My boyfriend hunts a lot, so the freezer is packed with moose x)
