Chop 2 green onions ( it does not matter how big or small, depends on your preference)
Bring the pot to medium heat
Add 2 tbsp oil, wait for 2 minutes then add all garlic
Add sliced pork ( you can skip this if you are a vegetarian)
Cook the meat to medium rare
Add half a pack of kimchee
Add all green onion and chili
1 tbsp of korean chili paste should be good. However, if you like that extra spice i suggest you add 2 tbsp
Add 1 tbsp of korean miso paste. You can skip this step if you don't have this ingredient. I actually like the taste of this miso so i always add this to many of my cookings.
After stir everything together, add 1 ltr of water then keep stirring.
For those who loves spice, throw in some of the korean chili powder ( up to your like). 1 heap spoon should give you a good taste but For me i add 2 heap spoons.
Bring it to boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add 1 tsp of japanese cooking wine
Drop the tofu onto the soup.
Leave the tofu to absorb the soup for 2 minutes. If you like the half boiled egg, You can add egg into the soup while waiting.
Ready to eat. Bon appetit
