I make them using my George Foreman. Herbed or garlic cream cheese is great.

I did these last year a little differently. They were a huge hit. I put some of my dry BBQ rub into the cream cheese and a little cheddar cheese. Mixed all up. Spread onto the jalapeño. Put a little (uncooked) charizo sausage on top. Then wrapped in bacon. They can be grilled or smoked. So Yummy!

Season cream cheese with cavenders Greek seasoning. It puts these over the top.

Try with Muenster cheese instead of cream cheese.

Did you know blanching quickly before stuffing the jalapeños will cut the heat quite a bit! But I'm a spicy kind of girl, these look great!

Thanks. I always do mine in the oven and put it on the grill once on a broiling pan. Didn't think about putting it directly on the grill. Will reduce grill fires that way:)... Try chive cream cheese... Makes them even yummier:):)
