Mix the flour and spices, somewhere nice and flat is best. I used a tray.

Coat all the chicken pieces thoroughly in the flour mixture. All the mixture should be used up when you're done.

Space them out on a baking tray evenly.

Use kitchen shears instead of normal scissors. Kitchen shears are made to cut meat.

Hi Rasha perhaps as my oven is very efficient a little longer on the cooking time then? Were they starting to go crispy? As long as the chicken is cooked properly that's the most important thing! :)
