Using a large knife, slice the potato. Starting at one end cut 3-4 millimeter slices until you almost touch the bottom. I cut until the top of the knife touches the board.

@Sharon it's anywhere from 45 minute to an hour and 15, it says it in the guide. My oven takes a LONG time to cook them, but my boyfriends only takes the 45.

@puspita I used yellow-gold potatoes, but regular Yukon will be just fine. Large and flat is the requirement!
