Here are your ingredients : I choose double stuffed Oreos but you can choose any of your favorite kind. You can also choose your favorite type of water oil and pancake mix .
Here are the appliances that I used : the extractor is not mandatory but I used for my purposes.
You will need a tall pan to fry they Oreos I used a rice pan because it worked best for me. I also used a spatula with holes for the excess oil .
For my pancake batter I used aunt jemima pancake mix .which ever pancake mix you choose is fine but I find best the instant water mix works best.
Now just follow they instructions on the back of your pancake mix . To make your batter I suggest making one cup of batter * you can always refrigerate the left over batter for next time *
A very mandatory step is to put your Oreos in the freezer for three to four hours this will give you perfect fried Oreos
Now im following the directions on the box .first to pour some mix into a bowl .
Than add water
Then mix
If it looks like this add more water and keep mixing. You don't want your batter to look like this.
This is how you want your batter to look . When it reaches this point it's ready and does NOT need more water .
Set the batter aside and turn on your stove to medium heat
Now pour some oil into your pan and wait to heat up
Now if you own an extractor it will be a good time to put it to use
I know my oil is ready when I drop some batter into they oil and if it bubbles its ready
Dip your Oreo into your batter
And make sure to cover it completely
And drop it into your oil
Once completely golden brown take it out with your spatula
Place it on a plate covered with paper towel
Now when your all done pat off the exess oil
Now this is they perfect fried Oreo
This is not what you want
Step 24 : the first fried Oreo was caused by a already broken Oreo The second one is caused by a under cooked fried Oreo
Enjoy
