When its all fryed, put it on a plate and put i lite bit more butter in the frying pan

My mom has been making these forever :) She calls them one eyed sandwiches :) Sometimes we add bacon bits in with the eggs which makes them even more yummy!

Do not use the highest! Use medium or something like that :) if its too hot the bread Will burn before the egg is done :)

What temperature do you heat the pan to? I always either burn something or make a mess when I try this.
