Cook it the way you cook rice. If u make ur rice on the stove top put all the ingredients in the pot, stir and cook. Enjoy!

2 cups rice I used basmati

1 Green chilli

2 Inch cinnamon stick

1 Bay leaf

10-15 mint leaves

1 Pinch saffron

1 Tsp oil

4 Cups water

Salt to taste
