I forgot to take a picture after I flipped the salmon, but after you flip cook an additional 6-7 min skin side down, depending on the thickness of your fish. Spread brown sugar over the top.

Your salmon is done once it is a solid pink color and no longer opaque. If your fillet is thinner then cut the cooking time accordingly.

Oh yes I did forget the brown sugar in the ingredients lists. Oops!! Also yes I use 1 cup of soy sauce, you need enough to marinade the salmon. I would suggest adjusting the soy sauce measurement depending on how many pieces of salmon you use and how big those pieces are. :-)

Feedback, you forgot to include brown sugar in your ingredients list. Also, I ended up with way too much soy sauce. You sure it's supposed to be 1cup?
