Ok Heidi I TOTALLY get your point! My grandma lives with me and shes got diabetes too... Which makes me feel horrible when I do chocolate (which isnt often cause Im not that much of a fan.. So when i like chocolate my friends know its gotta be GOOd) i find it easier if you make a sacrifice and eat a bit more than usual and hide foods where they cant find it (also hard because my grandma LIVES in the kitchen) and no I havent tried making it yet because my grandmothers had wayyy too much sugar recently so i try to help her as much as possible

As for the 'Hundreds & Thousands' where are you from? I've actually never heard of sprinkles called that before! I find it fascinating what many other countries call some of the very common ingredients. The one and only ingredient that royally messes me up each and every time is "Caster Sugar" I always forget what it is and need to look it up. I do find all of this fascinating! Such a big world, yet we all love many of the same things... 😄

Marie, have you made the lava version? Wonder how that one is? I don't own a nuke... I could use a toaster oven I suppose... Sometimes I'm craving chocolate and want *something, anything* chocolate... I haven't had a brownie in YEARS. I seriously kid you not! I MISS them... If I make it, my diabetic husband WILL cheat and eat one or two when I'm not around... Sound familiar? So, I'm a bit stuck. Shrug... This is making me crave it more than ever! 😚

You can do that, then do fudge, then another layer and turn it into a chocolate lava crunch cake and do powdered sugar on top. YUmMY
