Here are a few pic of the ingredients
You can either buy pork mince at your local store or mince it yourself
First add boiled water to your dried mushroom
Cover them for around 5 minutes and repeat the procedure a second time after washing them properly
Here are what you will need to marinate the ingredients
Chop a few cloves of garlic and batter your egg
After washing your mushroom and removing the stem chop into really small pieces like the garlic
Mix everything and put in the fridge for 1/2 hour or an hour
While you chop the coriander and the green onion
After an hour remove the mix from the fridge and put into a bowl the mix . Make it quite flat so it's easier to cook
Add the bowl into the steamer after the water boils and let it cook for 20~25 mins
When it's almost ready ....
As you can see on the pic. There some juice coming out you can pour out a little bit of it out before serving
Add the green onion and coriander
When ready remove from steamer and serve with rice ! Bon appetit
