Ooh...yummy! I've added Choc to meat/beef stews or pasta sauce before, adds jus an indefinable layer of depth!! Ppl don't taste it as chocolatey!!  thanx! Will try over some weekend...

Instead of just adding water, try adding coffee (black! and reasonable quality!) Gives a nice smoky tone to it. Worth a go to see if you like... :-)
