Preheat oven to 350 degrees

First cut tomatoes across about a half inch thick

Place tomatoes on cookie sheet lined with foil. Cooking spray not necessary

Season tomatoes with Salt (I use Seasoned Salt), Parsley and Oregano

Wash off fresh whole basil. Fold in half and cut. Doesn't need to be perfect.

I cut a lot of Basil so I added the rest on top of the cheese. Then add lemon juice. The lemon juice is very important, it brings out the flavor of the Basil.

Place cookie sheet in oven for about 10 minutes or until your cheese has started to bubble and brown.
