How to Cook Cheddar Potato Beer Soup in Crockpot
Ingredients
Chop onion into small pieces
Saute onion till transluscent.
Crockpot on high
Add all ingredients into crockpot except velveeta!!
After 4 hours add velveeta cut into cubes!! Stir every 10 min untill cheese is melted!!
Serve in bowls or mugs with any toppings you like, i added chopped up hotdogs last minute , bacon bits and sour cream is also delish.
I like mine with a little kick so i added a few dashes of hot sauce to my bowl!!
I got the idea for this recipe from another snapguide! I altered it a bit, but i cant take all the credit!!
