Marinade the whole piece of sirloin overnight in the Sashimi sauce an nothing else
The only ingredients needed after are oil. And the sashimi sauce is for the sauce. Only a bit of oil is needed
After cooking the meat for 5-7 minutes while turning it . Remove it and let it cool a bit
Finely cut the beef into slice ... Sorry if my cutting skills are not that good. You Can't really see from the picture but the middle should be rare while the sides should be brownish cooked
Place it nicely on a plate serve with rice !! Easy as 1.2.3
For the sauce add some sashimi sauce to a bowl
Add as much wasabi as you want or can stand
Mix it before putting the finely slice white radish and let it soak the sauce
Place your meat on the bowl of rice or plate
Add a few slices of white radish
And roll it !!! And you're ready to eat it with rice !! Bon appétit
