How to Cook an Egg in an Avocado
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees with a cast iron pan inside. Wash and halve the avocado.
Remove the core. As you will soon learn; you may want to make sure you core out enough extra to hold the entire egg.
Put the avocado in the pan, the egg in the avocado and the pan back into the oven. Cook until the egg is how you like it. I like my eggs between med and hard. My oven took 13 minutes.
Sprinkle with Paprika, salt or any other spice you'd like. Enjoy!
