This is a simple way to clean the white parts of any type of coverse.

Squirt lots of hand sanitizer on the top of the whites on the shoe.

Take your tissue and start cleaning them with the hand sanitizer. Remember you really have to rub hard for a long time to get them white as possible.

Once your done you can see the difference.

After that take more sanitizer and squirt it on the sides of the whites.

Use the toothbrush to scrub the sides really well all around the bottom of the converse.
