Hey there, I also have an Audi (2007 A4 S-Line) and wanted to know how the Plasti Paint is holding up. When I spoke to the service manager at Audi (a friend) he said to get the chrome matted out I'd have to sand off the chrome first ($1300 at a garage not audi) or else the matted paint would chip off easily. Has there been any chipping yet?

Nice work. I did this to my Honda n it looks nice. Im not a fan of chrome either. Like the flat black look. Amazon carries them too.

Ok thanks, it looks cool. I'm having a hard time finding the plasti dip spray tho, I can only find it in a can that you actually dip the stuff into it.

Will it chip or flake when you clean off bugs? Would snow and ice hurt it?

It doesn't affect the original paint on the car or any products you put the plasti dip onto

Ok. I thought it was, but wasnt aware of what the product was like. Does it resist chopping or damage on the parts you left coated?
