Cook eggs in oven for desired texture. As shown: I like my eggs slightly on the cooked side so was baked for 18 mins on 190 degree Celsius

I tried it today, the spinach & mushroom were not fully baked, my bread was so soggy with egg white :( I used baking small dish instead of muffin pan.. Is that the problem?

@jamir b: thanks. maybe try again but if you have larger eggs, use the larger size muffin trays. Hope it works.

@peter l: try spraying little oil spray on bottom, this should give it some crispyness.
