1. Beat the butter with electric mixer (make sure it is at room temperature, if not 20  seconds in the microwave will do the job)

18. Place the small balls onto a tray lined with baking paper and cook on 160 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes

When you take them out of the oven they will still be soft when you touch them, but don't worry, just let them cool down for a few minutes before taking them out

Just tried these and mine didn't look like yours 😢 I think they needed more flour. My first batch came out like boulders! I flattened my next batch with the back of a fork and they are looking better... Taste is delicious and not sweet (thought they would be with the icing sugar) so thanks for the recipe. Will def try round 2 soon! X
