Perfect cupcakes! Four ingredients, and four cupcakes!

Cream butter and sugar.

Add egg white!

Step 4 of 6

Then add flour and mix. You can also add a couple drops of vanilla if desired. The recipe doesn't call for it though. Put one tablespoon of batter into each baking cup. Bake at 325 in till cooked!

Top with anything! I put coconut, and some honey!

I'm making these right as we speak and I tripled the batter yet I still ran short because I kept eating the batter xD they're sooooooo good with vanilla and lemon extract!!!! Thank you for the recipe ^_^

@Emilie Ruthhh Yes, you can, but add a tiny bit of salt and baking soda to the flour.

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 egg white

3 Tablespoons self rising flour(all purpose+baking soda+salt)
