How to Bake Cheesy Zucchini Chips
These are so yummy and a great appetizer.
Preheat oven to 350
Slice Zucchini into 1/2 in chips
Lay out on foil lined baking sheet. I didn't do this here because it was my first time.
Sprinkle with garlic pepper
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes on middle rack
Sprinkle with cheese. I forgot to take a pic of this part. :(( I did about two to three pinches on each chip
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes one middle rack.
You want them to be slightly brown
Serve warm
