What you need: 3 eggs, 120gr flour, 60gr corn flour, 100gr butter, 80gr sugar, 2/3 apples
Soften butter
Mix the sugar, eggs yolk, flours and butter all together
It should look like this
Whip egg whites. Add a bit of salt
Mix the egg whites with the batter
Peel off the apple's skins and dice them
Add the batter and the apples into a cake pan. Don't forget to butter the pan first
And voila you can also try with jam it's delicious
