Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Blend until smooth. You may to use a spatula a bit to make sure everything is blended well.

Put the prepared pie crust on a baking sheet. Just in case of spillage.

Carefully pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie dish.

Place in a preheated 425 degree oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower the heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes.

After the 40 minutes, carefully insert a knife and make sure it comes out clean. If not, bake for another 10-12 minutes. Do this additional time at 5 minutes increments.

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

3 eggs

2 c cooked pumpkin

1 can evaporated milk

Yes, you can use canned. Use 100% pumpkin. I think a 15 oz can would be for 1 pie. The flavor is basically the same. When I don't have fresh, I use One Pie.
