If they come out too dry, try reducing the cooking time. When you test it with a toothpick or whatever, brownies are supposed to stick a little, even when they're done. They lose a little of the excess moisture as they cool, and what moisture is left keeps them from becoming a very dry and tasteless cake. Just a tip! :). I'll have to try this recipe sometime, though. I love brownies!
