Ooo..I love the tape idea. I always mess up the edge using my fingernail. Thanks!

Hi Beata! Thanks for your comment. It is recommended that you do this procedure in a dust-free environment, but I don't recommend doing in a humid place like a steamy bathroom. Most devices (take the iPhone for example) have liquid indicators in the dock connector, headphone jack as well as one internally. If these come in contact with water, they turn pink and your warranty may be void. And yes, a credit card can be used effectively to push out air bubbles. Or, you can use a bit of Scotch tape to help lift one side of the film to let the air bubble out. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hi Timothy! A friend of mine told me a good tip once, to avoid trapping dust from the air in between the screen and the film, do it in the bathroom after a long, steamy shower. The steam catches any dust particles in the air and makes them stick to the ground and other surfaces. Also, I find using a the edge of a credit card is great to smoothing out air bubbles ๐Ÿ˜Š
